"We've got the beef!" so rings an Arby's commercial.
I say, "What beef?" Recently bought a half-pounder RB sandwich. Got home to enjoy, topping the "meat" with their horsey sauce. Ewe.....What I ate mimicked thin rubber. Doesn't roast beef have a color to it other than brown? Terrible. Even the sauce couldn't mask the unpleasant sandwich. Never again.

Wasn't busy, got a crap sandwich. Their app for a free sandwich doesn't work. Sandwich was đź—‘. Ruben sandwich sucked also. Definitely not a Ruben, more like a rubbish sandwich.

Ordered the Italian beef sandwich, a chicken cordon blue, and 2 orders of the peach cobbler rolls. All to go, obviously. Only got 1 order of the peach cobbler rolls. I told the girl behind the counter and she said she would drop another order. 10 minutes later I decided to leave because I was never acknowledged. Got home only to find out I received the wrong chicken sandwich. It had lettuce and tomato on it. No cheese. Very disappointed, and this is not the first time something like this has happened. Went through the drive thru around 10:15 pm when the ham n’ cheese melts were 2 for $7. Tried ordering that and the girl said we don’t have that. The cling was on the window! My friend couldn’t believe it. I settled for a roast beef sandwich which was good, but c’mon. Arby’s is no longer on my radar. Btw, the girl with the accent needs to be disciplined. She is awful. Instead of making sure my order was correct, she decided to sit in the lobby for over 5 minutes chatting with 2 coworkers who were on break. She was also the one who was working drive thru. Bad customer service.
