  This place used to be my family’s favorite however with a busy life ordering takeout is there go to now. Last time we ordered they gave us the wrong food and when I called it, they told me they’re gonna give me a refund however, weeks later I still wasn’t issued a refund. Gm it was very unkind during the process, and when I talk to the store manager to rectify the situation, he yelled at me over the phone. Since I was previously lied to by a manager here I recorded all my phone calls with them and I have it and sent the recording over to corporate. This is so disappointing.

  I got it for take out two bowls. The portions were a little smaller size but the value was good. I’d definitely recommend getting pollo loco. The taste is great and decent value for fast food restaurant.

  Good food but it's practically doubled in price and they don't send coupons or offer good deals on the app anymore. I can't afford $20 lunches very often.

  The chicken here is unique and always tastes good. Good variety menu 😋
