  Don't get the tacos. Tacos barely had any chicken in them and they were over fried and inedible.

  Worst location I've been to. Ive tried it twice now and both times the same older lady working the cash register has been extremely rude just because I'm trying to clarify my order. She really should not be working in the service industry. The first time I tried to order the new shrimp tostada, she said chicken. I corrected her no I dont want chicken I want shrimp. She got mad at me for correcting her and then walked away and came back and just said no shrimp. I ended up leaving. Tonight I went through the drive through and when I got to the register to pay it was her again. Same thing, I ordered shrimp with someone else and then went to pay and she said chicken again. I said, no, it is supposed to be shrimp and she gets mad again and the guy who took the order had to tell her I was correct. I had placed two orders so after I paid for the first one she tells me the total for the second one without telling me my order back. I mentioned I didnt think it was right but instead of explaining it she just shuts the window and walks away. The original orderer comes back and explains the order, then takes payment and I leave. This brings me to the last issue, the cost. It is an absolute joke how much they are charging here. A small side cost $5.39. I ordered two, one beans and one rice. Now for that cost I expect it to be enough to feed a couple people. It was a pathetic joke for a side, with less than 1/2 cup of food in each. So I paid over $5 each and it isnt enough for even one person. I used to love this place because they have a great tostada salad, but I will never be eating here again. What an absolute rip off.

  These guys couldn’t handle making a cheese quesadilla with avocado like I’ve ordered here many times before. He put the avocado on the side in a cup. I ordered it to be added on to the quesadilla. I told them this and asked for it to be changed and they said I’d have to come in for it to be changed I said just refund me then and they refused. This was the simplest thing I can think of to order any the kid who took my payment grabbed my phone and held it for way too long when I tried to use Apple Pay and did the same thing with my card which made me uncomfortable. I will not ever come back. 7:20 3/29

  I always heard good things about El Pollo loco tried it for the first time here and it was disgusting I ordered chicken queso guacamole burrito and got a rice burrito with a dash of chicken lol it didn’t even have queso sour cream nothing yeah never again….
