  Wanted the bakers dozen reward, but they said i can only order it on the app, so i ordered a egg sandwich, and sat down and ordered from the app. They refused to put them out at the same time, and put my bakers dozen to the back of the line and the place got busy. I dont understand why they cant just do the order from the counter instead im forced to use a stupid app. So now im waiting for this order before work

  Fighting over a damn cream cheese. The short lady on the picture is so upset because something is not there. Mind you I’ve been waiting for 10 mins or so for 1 sandwich. She is so loud and that’s very unnecessary specially when there is people at the lobby.

  Bagel was old half hard as a rock with seeds falling all over the table while I ate it. Furniture looks like crap and nothing Einstein about this place at all really

  I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and the staff has such great energy! Friendly, conversational and did not make me feel rushed. The food here is always to die for!
