  My wife and I frequently visit this Einstein and overall, we’ve been pretty happy with the overall service and product as well as the consistency in their organization, cleanliness and staffing. But more often than not, they mess up your order. Over the past year it has happened multiple times – not getting exactly what one ordered. And as most customers know, once you walk away, drive away and open your meal miles away and its not what you ordered, you’re going to eat it unhappily, or go hungry and throw it away because you may be allergic to its ingredients – money literally thrown away! Nuff said. I think we'll be skipping this location for a while time to come. We’ll trt local bagel shops, we might get our orders there!

  They really know how to make you feel welcome here! There was an issue with my order (my fault when I ordered in the app) and they fixed it, no issues! They are super nice and will go the extra mile. Thank you so so much team! Management is A1 here!!!

  Staff was very rude. I watched them communicating with customers. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing. Next to the soda machine was tomatoes laying there and other trash. Disgusting!!! They need training and supervision. My Airbnb’s in the neighborhood I will not recommend to guests.

  I ordered a vanilla cold brew that is usually great but this time they gave me the wrong size and no creamer even though I was charged for it. It tasted like straight canned coffee and the experience was a terrible way to start the morning so I would not recommend getting coffee or hash browns here.

  Einstein Bagels are perfect anytime but especially when you're in a hurry. Run in and you're on your way again in a few minutes... And they're always busy! I love bagels and theirs are wonderful! They offer quite a variety too.. I tend to go for the blueberry or the cinnamon and sugar ones. Warmed slightly with cream cheese.. so good!!! If I lived in Phoenix I would definitely frequent this place!! Good food, good service... What's not to love? Bagels are becoming my "go to" breakfast item.. go in and have a warm, tender, yummy bagel and I guarantee you will return!
