i’m not one to write reviews but this was honestly upsetting, i went to drive thru as there was no line and i was in a rush and there were two cars ahead of me little did i know one of the employees would stand there and have a 10 minute long conversation with a costumer not taking any one else’s order. thankfully a coworker came and took orders, management please correct that it’s okay to have conversations with a customer yes but not a 10 minute one.

I was so excited to get a Dutch Bros close to me, until I wasn’t. This location needs help; the drinks are just not made correctly and presentation sucks. I would much rather make the 15-20 min drive to the other location. I ordered a sugar free picture perfect and the girl at the window couldn’t even tell me what my order was when she was confirming and when she handed over the drink I understood why she called it “the sugar free chocolate drink”. The drink was already watered down and no caramel or chocolate drizzle in the cup, everything was a floppy mess at the top as if it was added in as an afterthought. I took a sip and it just tastes like blended water. I have social anxiety so I just took the drink but didn’t even drink it of how upset I was at the presentation. I spent $15 on two drinks and I didn’t even get to enjoy mine.

First visit to this location & both orders were wrong when we got to the window so I repeated the orders twice, and when we received the drinks they were both mixed up and wrong again! Is there an issue with understanding drink orders at this location? We left with what they served us versus what we ordered!

I had such an amazing experience thanks to JJ! From the moment I pulled up, he was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, answered my questions with patience, and made the whole interaction feel personal and fun.
It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of energy and positivity, especially during a busy day—but JJ absolutely delivered. You can tell he truly cares about customer service and enjoys what he does. Employees like him are the reason I keep coming back.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at the Dutch Bros grand opening. My husband, my best friend, and I waited in line starting at noon the day before and were first in line, yet somehow we weren’t even the first to have our order taken. That alone is unacceptable.
There were three of us in the car, and staff initially tried to give us only one mug. Then the entire order process was a mess—our order was wrong, disorganized, and the employees couldn’t even keep track of two separate orders in the same car.
On top of that, we were charged incorrectly. I tried to use a $10 gift card balance on the app, but was told it “wasn’t working” and that a $10 discount would be applied instead. That didn’t happen. Our total should have been around $20, and with the promised $10 discount, it should have been closer to $10. Instead, we were charged $14.74, which is not what was explained or agreed to.
After waiting that long and being first in line, this level of disorganization and lack of care is ridiculous. The staff clearly weren’t prepared and didn’t seem to care about fixing anything.
Overall, this grand opening was a complete waste of time. I had high expectations and left extremely disappointed.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
