- ATAmy TibbettsMar 11, 20261.0I love Dunkin, im from Boston, but this location is nothing like what im used to in Massachusetts. This location has made improvements recently but this is the 3rd time me or my husband got our drinks half full with either my matcha drink or a coffee drink. We feel like we are getting robbed. He paid $7 for half of a large matcha. The is not acceptable. We used Uber Eats so we couldn't just ask for them to fill it up correctly. Dunkin corporate, if you read this, please help this location run as smoothly as the ones back east!

They always forget something, and i get it if its once, but its almost EVERY SINGLE TIME ( and i go here multiple times a week ). Today, i ordered a latte, got an original coffee, gave it back, received black coffee?? and then finally received a coffee that tasted like the remainder of the dirty coffee mix. Absolutely no apologies were given and it seemed like they were just trying to rush remaking (or just spilling out the nasty coffee and adding mystery milk, since they never asked what kind) and calling it a day. Why hire someone that doesnt know the difference between a latte and a regular coffee AT A COFFEE SHOP ?? Some of the staff are nice about it, but some have no idea what they are doing unfortunately.
