  Donuts are fresh & delicious. Plenty of options. Great coffee without Starbucks prices! Great location but the parking is a little cramped.

  During busy hours, the staff can’t handle the pressure long lines, wrong orders, and visible frustration. When it’s slow, the service is actually good, so this looks like a management and training issue, not the employees. If you can’t handle high volume, don’t take so many orders at once. Customers are paying for a service that isn’t being delivered properly. I believe training and training for high-pressure work is very important if you want to take Franchise as like Dunkin’ Donuts you wanna be sure that your employee is ready for a long line orders and A lot of customers in the same time maintaining the quality.

  I’m extremely disappointed with this location’s policy regarding ice in drinks. Corporate Dunkin’, this really needs to be addressed. When a customer specifically asks for a drink with no ice, it shouldn’t be difficult to honor that request. However, the barista told me that the policy is not to offer drinks without ice. Because of experiences like this, I usually drive an extra mile to another location where the baristas respect customers’ requests. I don’t like watered-down drinks, and that’s the entire issue. It’s not complicated—I simply want my drink to taste the way it was originally intended, without being diluted. When I got to the drive-thru window, my drink had been prepared with ice even though I clearly requested no ice. I refused to purchase it, and the barista had to call the manager. The manager refunded my money. Also, I don’t understand why the credit card terminal is pushed so far into the driver’s window. It’s very awkward to use. I’ve dropped my card several times trying to reach it, which has forced me to get out of my car in the narrow drive-thru just to pick it up. This setup is inconvenient and frustrating, and it’s something that really needs to be addressed along with the issue about honoring customer requests for no ice. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location and give you zero stars.

  Food was not good at all made my kids and I sick, never again! It was so dirty I'm still questioning myself why I even decided to eat at his place.

  I've been to this location twice both times are ordered coffee second time I order coffee and then a bagel sandwich I didn't really care for the bagel sandwich that much, both times I received help from the employees as far as what kind of coffee because I wasn't sure and phenomenal customer service very helpful and the coffee was amazing I'll definitely be back
