  So I go to this Dunkin a lot it's our usual go to we go probably a minimum of 2 times a week but ever since they added the tips things have really gone down hill fast. I notice if you don't tip on your online order they always seem to mess up your drink but if you do they make it right?? Why should I have to tip? I mean I am already paying 7 dollars for a drink. I think DUNKIN could pay their employees a little more. But seriously I have tested this no tip theory out about 10 times now and every single time my drink is missing sugar or a flavor and I am not joking if you don't believe me give it a shot. 9/10 times they will mess up your drink in a very stupid way that makes it just not taste good at all also if you tip 10/10 will always get your drink order correct. I will start going to a different dunkin in place of this one if this doesn't change soon.

  I don’t think this place knows how a drive thru works. They take an order and then fill it and then take an order. So as they fulfill each order one by one the drive thru takes 5 minutes a person so if you have 2 people in front of you it’ll be 10-15 until you get your drink. That’s exactly what happened to me this morning. I would never come here in a rush which is basically every morning. Order on the app.

  $12 for Bagel Minis and loaded hash browns and everything was cold. If I wanted cold food I would’ve ate left overs, at least fill the cup up with hash browns lol at least my coffee was good used to come here about two years ago and it’s always been like this decided to give a try since it’s been a while total waste of time and money.

  This location has seriously gotten bad over the years. I'm not a frequent customer but have lived here since before it opened. The employees were beyond lacking, every table was dirty and even littered with empty alcohol containers. I stopped in for a snack... The avocado toast was disgusting and so were the drinks. Donuts were fine.

  Very disappointed. My avocado toast is not even toasted. It doesn't taste the same. Definitely poor quality. I had this the other day at a different location and it was great but this I definitely don't recommend from this location. Avocado toast
