- ARAmerica Romero1 day ago1.0The drive-thru customer service was very poor. The employee taking orders through the drive thru seemed clearly unhappy with his position. When I let them know that half of my order was missing and that I received the wrong items, the situation only got worse. Not only was my order incorrect, but it also appeared to be mishandled intentionally my bagels were burnt completely black, which felt like retaliation for pointing out the mistake. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The staff seemed disengaged and unhappy, and it definitely showed in the quality of service. I would not recommend this place.

I’m a black women and the energy and tone of his voice was disgusting. I’m pregnant too which I’m sure he could tell but seemed like he was discriminating against his own kind. I won’t be coming back.
