    If I could give 0 stars I would. How they could employ a manager like they have is beyond me. I have an upset 8 year old who didn’t get his food because I don’t work at Dunkin and am new to Dunkin and didn’t know how to “order a hot drink”. I went for the first time yesterday to try the banana latte. It’s not hot on the menu but when I asked for it the employee knew exactly what I meant and rang it up as such (yes I’m aware cold foam will cool hot drinks down but Dutch and Starbucks never have an issue giving cold foam to me). Today when I went specifically for my son, I ordered the same thing and the associate tells me they can’t make that for me. I told him they did it just yesterday and he said ok. When I got to the window the manager caught me totally off guard yelled at me (with my 8 year old in the car) and told me NEXT TIME YOU COME BACK YOU NEED TO ORDER YOUR COFFEE DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE WE CANNOT MAKE THAT FOR YOU. I literally told her they made it for me yesterday but I stopped mid convo because she was yelling over me wouldn’t let me speak told me he’s new and doesn’t know how to ring it up. How is that my problem as a customer (a new customer at that) especially when yesterday they said nothing about a specific way to order coffee from them?? As she continued to try to argue with me which I said to her multiple times she shouldn’t be yelling at her customers in this manner she literally threatened multiple times to refuse service. I had my card in hand to pay and she shut the window. I have been trying to find the right place for coffee since moving from Seattle and this is clearly not it. I traveled a few miles down the road to the other Dunkin. Same exact order met with friendly faces, no yelling and no one telling me I ordered wrong. Maybe she was having a bad day but that’s extremely unacceptable in the service industry…..over a $6 coffee.

    The coffee and latte tasted horrible. We ended up dumping them. Spent $45 on a to-go order of hot food, donuts, black coffee and a latte. I haven’t been to a Dunkin’ in years but it was right where we happened to be and needed to get an order for our group. I think it will be another few years before I ever go back. The sandwich was all crushed. All the food was low quality and the coffee tasted so bad. I don’t know if it was the water they used or the coffee was super old. It just tasted bad. Such a huge waste of money. Will not be back. I’ll stick with the other coffee shops I usually frequent.

    I asked for an iced latte with oat milk, butter pecan, and blueberry (which I get every time & they mess up 90% of the time), and I received an iced caramel latte ?!????? No offense but how do you even mess things up that bad?
