  cant log in to my account i used to own an I phone and could not access the login and they could not reset nor look up my account to help said there was nothing that they could do. I come here often i had enough points for a free drink and a balance on the ddcard and tried to make another account but you have to have a phone number to make one

  The service and quality of drinks at this particular location has really declined and I will not be returning. They messed up an order today. When I approached them and asked them to fix it, they refused. If a customer tells you you made their drink wrong and asked for another one, you remake drink. Why is this so hard to understand? I'm not going to pay $5 for a coffee that is 100% ice. You already cut the size of your larges down to what is now essentially a medium and increase the price. How much more are you going to squeeze out of your customers before they find somewhere else to get coffee?

  This is second time that lazy teenagers served me a cold , disgusting taste old coffee ( I ordered hot) . 19th ave and Thomas location I would stop after work around 3:30 pm and they always make fresh coffee. Forget this location ….🤮

  Extremely slow……….making people wait 5 minutes at the intercom to take their order in the drive thru? Unheard of.
