  Bought the six dollar breakfast meal. Was told the total is $6.55. I paid seven dollars cash. The guy with the long ponytail in the drive-through gives me $.25 back and said here’s your change. He also failed to give me a receipt. Meaning it’s likely he intentionally ripped me off for $.20. For the record the order screen in the drive-through showed the total was indeed $6.55. I don’t appreciate getting ripped off while purchasing my breakfast. It may only be $.20 but it adds up and who knows how much it will be for the next person. Maybe if someone pays with a 50 or 20 they could be ripped off paper money, not just coins. I’d recommend getting this guy away from your drive-through quickly. He needs to learn how to count or stop stealing from customers. This happened around 8:42 AM on Friday April 10th.

  Is this place closed? No one was working at th front register, myself and about 6 other guests were standing around for about 10 mins before I left.

  I've been tolerating the inconsistencies and issues at this Dunkin for years, and today was the last straw (pun intended)! Despite ordering the same drink for YEARS, today they decided that "less ice" means "less coffee", and my drink was like 15% empty when I got it (see photo). After asking if they could top it off, I was informed that this is how they serve it since I got it with less ice. Apparently this is a new thing because I have been ordering with less ice for literally years with no issues. I just can't stomach paying nearly $5 for a coffee and getting a not-full cup, and between this and the fact that my drink is wrong like 1 out of 5 times, Dunkin has lost a (previously) loyal customer.

  Great breakfast deal for $6, sandwich, potatoes, coffee. Great deal fast service.

  In here on Christmas, they are very slow, then we had to wait for them to take a picture of the donuts for whatever reason. When I told them to just give me my donuts, the picture could wait, they said their boss couldn't wait, then i heard the person say to another employee that they were going to freak out on me as they were both pulling donuts. Pretty rude
