  Placed an order, they got it wrong. I was on my way to work, they said come back for new order. I ordered an everything bagel w/ cream cheese. There is like no cream cheese on the thing. This location lost a customer.

  This Dunkin’ used to be a great stop for our family. We’d take morning walks or skate over with the kids for doughnuts and friendly service. The food itself is still good, but the atmosphere has definitely changed under the new management. My kids have always been welcomed here even with their skates, but today the staff’s tone when asking them to remove them or leave was unnecessarily rude, pointing out, "If you fall and knock stuff off the display, you'll have to pay for it." I understand needing to enforce safety rules, but it could have been handled with more courtesy. When I asked the manager about whether outdoor seating would return, so we could still skate and eat outside) the managers dismissive response, “I don’t know what was here before but probably not,” didn’t inspire much confidence in customer care. The employee taking my order also seemed distracted, repeatedly forgetting a simple two-doughnut order (a Boston Cream and a Strawberry with Sprinkles). This has been a recurring issue lately, whereas the staff used to be much more attentive. I hope the owner sees this as feedback rather than criticism, a little warmth and attention to detail could bring back what made this place special for local families.

  Have had some of the best tasting snackin’ bacon at this location but today was unfortunately the worst. First time around didn’t get any seasoning so just plain bacon, then replacement bacon was the same but completely soggy with the seasoning. 4 orders thrown in the trash

  After spending 15 minutes in the drive thru, we’re told “no food orders today. We’re short staffed.” That’s fine, here’s the problem: that should be communicated BEFORE your customers are trapped in the drive thru lane. Unacceptable! Wasted 25 minutes in a 2 person line for NOTHING

  Seen a lady box a whole 50 piece donut holes with no gloves. Didn’t bother washing hands before or after.
