  Just thought I’d come on here to leave some information on this place that I think would be helpful as of April 2026. First, this Dunkin location at the Phoenix Airport is open 24/7, so I’m not sure why the hours shown on google are different. I tired to suggest the new hours on google, but it asks for a photo of the locations hours of operation, but there is none posted at the store. Someone should look into changing that as I feel like that is maybe keeping them from getting more business on the weekends since google says it’s closed on the weekends. I did in-fact go on a Saturday and the staff informed me they are open 24/7. Second, this location does not use the Dunkin App. So if you are trying to scan to earn points or redeem rewards, you cannot do this at this location. And Third, they only serve medium and large drinks. I had ordered a small and the staff informed me they only sell medium and large. The two ladies that were there were very nice and friendly. It wasn’t busy at all when I went so my order came out fairly quickly.

  I spent a good amount of time here because it’s one of the few spots in the terminal with available outlets to charge my devices. While the seating and power were a huge plus for a long wait, the service was a bit slow and the food was just okay—pretty much what you’d expect from an airport location. It's a functional spot to kill time and plug in, but don't expect a quick grab-and-go if you're in a rush to your gate.

  I asked if they were open and the lady apparently wasn’t living her best life and made me feel like she was angry that I was!
