- NNNel N.Apr 14, 20261.0My daughter loves Dunkin Donuts and every location accept the Peoria location is good. All other locations help us to order what we want. She doesn't go a lot but when she wants something sweet she chooses Dunkin. This location didn't know how to put 2 and 2 together. We asked for a chocolate covered donut, the drive through guy said they don't sell those. EVEN GOOGLE GOT IT just as I asked for it (see 1st picture). What they gave me was the 2nd. Normally other locations will get what I am talking about. This location just made it hard to order it. I went back to show a picture of what I wanted and he said we do have those. Then start talking big back language and saying what the donuts are made of and I should order it by describing it that way. I just want a chocolate covered donut! why is that so hard? Ugh and this location is closest to me.
- SPSteven PisioApr 14, 20261.0We eent there to get coffee and I couldn't find my drink i wanted on the kiosk. Every employee just walked by and looked at us and just kept doing what they where doing. Where where standing there for over ten minutes. Poor customer service not ever going there again.

Please hire more people like her . I tried calling there is no number so I wasn’t able to get a name she has red hair . - MWMichael WheelerMar 11, 20263.0Honestly wait times are pretty consistent. Usually rush time waits for seemingly no reason as its not an incredible busy location. I had purchased the bacon jam sandwich ive been wanting to try and idk how its even possible to have half a sandwich thats warm and the other half probably 50 degrees. You could feel it through the bag. Coffee was decent today atleast. Seems like staffing is the biggest issue as I see new people constantly and the manager actually working counter almost every time I am there. Basically a 50/50 shot for a good stop or a bad stop. With the right help im sure this place will be 1000% better
