It's rough because 1. The food is delicious if you know what to order But, 2. The service and employees are a nightmare. It needs to be said that domino's Marinara sauce tastes like moldy water. I refuse to eat it. But their other pizzas, the Alfredo sauce pizzas, the Philly topped pizza oh the Buffalo, cant forget the buffalo and that spicy BBQ. I am a foodie and have tried it all so you could pretty much ask me about anything on the menu and I will give you honest responses. But the people on the other end of your order are an entirely separate issue. Maybe it's the anthem area, all these spoiled rotten kids growing up working at pizza chains thinking they dont need to work. No one is listening at the other side of the phone, you can audibly hear them roll their eyes as you complain about your messed up order. We have had managers break down to us crying that they cant get their employees to do what's right. And ask, "what do you want me to do bro?" They cant resend orders out because they dont have their own delivery driver they use grub hub Uber eats and all the rest. Their delivery driver was arrested for DUI during mid job so that kinda speaks for itself. And like the rest of the reviews say for whatever reason if you ask for extra sauce they will spite you and give you no sauce even though they charge you for it. I think it's a 'return customer' gimmick. They get your order wrong on purpose so they can keep your money, they cant resend your order so they give you 'credits' to force you to go back. Lucifer has to be in charge here somewhere 🤔

This place was so bad i wrote a poem on how long it took. The app said "ready for pickup" an hour and ten minutes ago. I sat in the car like a fool, stomach growling a furious show. I drove through the night for you, pizza, dreaming of hot cheese and crisp crust, but the box sat waiting, mocking, while my patience turned to dust. The guy at the counter just shrugged, "Been here a while, sorry 'bout that." I paid for cold disappointment, grease stains on the receipt like a spat. Now I'm home with you, lukewarm slices, cheese congealed in sad defeat. You were supposed to be my triumph, instead you're just... incomplete. I waited for you, pizza. I trusted the timer on my phone. Next time I'll make my own damn pie, or at least I'll go when it's actually done. But even now, as I chew the regret, I know I'll forgive you by morning light— because cold pizza at 2 a.m. still beats no pizza, despite the fight.

Pizza was good but clearly didn’t follow the order, so my kids weren’t able to eat it. No jalapeño, no bacon, light hot sauce per receipt

I don’t usually write reviews, but after over seven years of being a loyal customer, I feel like I have to say something. I’ve been ordering the same pizza deal for my kids from this Domino’s location for years. Same order, same price, same simple process. It used to be quick and easy. Now, just placing an order feels exhausting. First, you have to go through a robotic system that barely understands what you’re saying. It’s slow, repetitive, and doesn’t feel helpful at all. After that, you get transferred to an operator who sounds like they’re reading strictly from a script. There’s no real conversation, no listening, and no flexibility. Anything slightly outside their script just gets ignored. At one point, my wife overheard the call from across the room and asked if I was talking to a robot. That’s how unnatural the interaction felt. It was basically a one-way conversation. No common sense, no problem-solving, just repeating lines. I eventually gave up and couldn’t even place the order. What’s frustrating is that customer service doesn’t have to be this hard. I moved to this country at 17, learned English within months, and even managed a pizza place for over two years. We were trained to actually listen to customers and solve problems, not just repeat a script. I’m not upset about the food — the pizza has always been good. I’m disappointed in how difficult it has become just to talk to someone and place a simple order. I hope this location rethinks its phone ordering system and focuses more on real customer service again.
