I went to this place for the last time today. I ordered some wings that I had to go home and put in the oven. They were so rubbery. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sub that was bland with no taste at all. I hate eating at these type of place. they really will judge you by the way you look and serve you anything.

Food was not made to order, it was dry, uncooked, no pizza sauce at all!! Particularly, when i ordered extra sauce. There was minimal toppings. When I went to the store on Dunlap & 21 ave. My carryout was uncomfortable due to pm workers foul language.

Awesome food, pizzas always cooked thoroughly . I have to add in one night I was picking up my pizza right before closing time and they had a pizza no one picked up. There was a homeless man outside and they gave it to him rather than throwing it out which most places do ....❤️

I ordered food for my kids. The delivery lady was right on the corner, called and said she forgot the soda so she was going back. That was fine. Not sure why she didn't just drop the pizza off and go back to get the soda. But I get things happen. She got back to the store and my order was marked delivered. I did not receive anything so I called the store. They said she was on her way. 20 minutes later still nothing. Called the store back. Delivery person said she delivered straight to my door. But I was outside the entire time. So obviously I wouldn't be calling again if I got the pizza. They did do another order and sent it to the right address. It should not have been this kind of process

They're VERY unsanitary, nobody washes hands and they're definitely NOT using gloves. Was in there last night and a about a week ago, I've recorded a few times just for proof when calling HR and they're touching a number of things, then without washing their hands and putting on gloves, they're touching your food and continuing about their day. When I requested they remake my pizza with washing their hands and wearing the gloves, they got an attitude and continued to (with gloves on) touch their clothes, faces, hair, trash, etc. while preparing and making orders. Upon leaving, I did make sure cameras were watching the same thing I was and they are not because there are none in the back where the employees work in the kitchen. There should ALWAYS be a manager or supervisor on site and if they're managers-in-training, they need to follow the same rules managers and supervisors do and if not, they shouldn't be able to run for that position. - Last night, there was a young lady who said she was going for the manager position and she was the main one catching an attitude as well as other employees and not using sanitary hygiene. Multiple employees were coming in and out the door and not one of them washed hands nor used gloves. They did say they would do as asked and wash hands and wear gloves, but then continued to do the exact opposite. I will say, however, they were NOT rude about anything UNTIL I put the request that they practice better hygiene. They're skimpy with wing sauce and sometimes put too much pizza sauce. I wonder, do they even have food handlers cards???? 🤔
