  Came in with my little 10 year old cousin, ordered some drinks and food. I ordered him 10 wings and asked for them extra crispy, they came out soggy I asked if they could cook them longer. The lady looked at me and told me no because of cross contamination once the food comes out it can't go back in. Then sad sorry about that and walked away. Real good job at making the situation right with the customer 👍 at least the arcade is fun

  We had a family outing for our 11 year old granddaughter. Fun place to bring the kids or young adults. The most high tech and new games available. Something for everyone. The food is great with an extensive menu. It's expensive but what isn't these days. Atmosphere is typical arcade, noisy but not deafening

  Upon entry, the staff was polite and helpful. The games were fun and beneficial for the purchase we made. The food was good. Our server a young man named Jaden was very polite and helpful. He will keep us coming back. However when we first wanted to sit down and have our lunch there were no clean tables and there were no servers cleaning off tables. I approached a young midsize Caucasian lady with glasses. I was told her name was Arie to ask if she would mind cleaning off a table for us however she declined. At that point wanting to find out where we could sit down me and my husband and my son for lunch since we just paid to have games and lunch for the day. We sat at the bar which we were informed by a midsize brunette wearing a red bandana telling us that our son could not sit there, which we advised her there is no open nor clean seating nor will anyone clear off a table for us. So what else are we expected to do as the bar is completely clean and empty. We came across Jaden and he was nothing but a smiling face and a helpful employee that went out of his way to find out which table was not being used and cleaned it off for us then took our order in such a polite manner. It is employees like Jaden that will keep us returning, but I would highly suggest having a conversation with the other two employees such as the waitress and the bartender to be more helpful with families wanting to continue to come to your establishment.

  had a fantastic experience at D&B, and a big part of that was thanks to our bartender, Grace. From the moment we were walked in, Grace was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She offered great recommendations, and her genuine enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. She checked in on us at just the right times, never hovering but always making sure we had everything we needed. The food came out quickly and was delicious, but it was her excellent service that truly elevated the evening. She memorized our whole order and recited it back to us pertectly which lett our party impressed. Highly recommend asking for Grace if you dine here!

  Always a great time at Dave and Buster's don't matter what location we go to Just the best time the best food service management. We showed up with a girls basketball team 5th-8 th graders and parents coaches and they got us in Good job. Keep it up guys and galls.
