- MPMelissa PlascenciaMar 23, 20261.0Ordered $56 dollars worth of items for them to say they don’t have certain things. Requested to cancel my order and was told I needed to do it myself in the app. Well, the app doesn’t allow you to cancel your order so I requested to just get a full refund then I was told only corporate can do that. I tried calling corporate from the location and of course they were closed. Called corporate the next day and was told I needed to wait for the store owner to review my request? That was Saturday morning and now it’s Monday afternoon and still no update or response. Never have I experienced anything like this to get a refund! What a nightmare and poor way to do business. **UPDATE- It’s been 10 days since calling corporate and still have not heard back from the store owner Tony Lowe. Corporate sent a email stating the refund comes from the individual store which is not what I was told in person. Just getting a bunch of run around and no progress on the refund! Still in shock that a business operates like this!

They're a lot smaller than they were growing up...and a lot more expensive, that's for sure... but then, isn't everything? Still, all in all, if you're in the mood for a sundae..not a bad place to go....🤠...
