  I had put in a mobile order. When I arrived to pick up my order , it hadn't been started. Not too big a deal, but I heard the cook complain about the order when he got told it needed made. Ok, things happen. I get it. I was patient. Figured I'd be getting something fresher. Instead, I had sat around waiting for a very poor lunch. When I unwrapped the burger it looked slopped together and wrapped up. Thick slices of onion that added another almost inch to the burger and made it impossible to put the top on, sauces splattered on and mostly on the wrapper, veggies falling off. Ok I ordered fast food. Whatever. Then I took my second bite and realized that the bacon on the burger wasnt just soggy, it felt cold and raw. Couldn't swallow it. If you are so disappointed in having to do your job that you show it in the food you serve like this, you need to find a different line of work and a little peace in your life. Will not be returning to this location

  I came through the drive-thru recently there was some sketchy people hanging out in the Drive-Thru I think they were waiting for the bus but they should not have been in the drive through they was just hanging out there I felt a little nervous because I didn't know what they might do I would have turned around and left but there was a car behind me so I couldn't leave the guy that prepared my order he was very nice very kind it took a little bit of a wait because it seemed like he was working by himself

  The person who took my order was rude, he acted like my being there was a major inconvenience. I waited for my food and when they gave it to me they didn’t give me my drinks. I stood and watched them do everything but make the damn drinks. I waited 15-20 min for my food only to wait another 5-10 for my drinks. The tables where nasty and I watched two other customers leave due to not getting service soon enough

  I live right down the street so I’ve found myself going to get a burger before work a few times and more times than not I’ve either had to drive off cause I get no response from the attendant when there was literally no cars I’ve gotten pieces of bread instead of toast, every time I ask for gravy they said they don’t have any when that is a staple of dq and it just seems deliberate bad service so the customers leave and they don’t have to make any food just the literal worst drive thru or restaurant that I’ve ever been too and I’ve given them the Benifit of the doubt and tried to come back I will not be. if I was the owner I would hate to think about the amount of money lost.

  I gave full stars. Very clean, bright, well kept . The employees were polite, our ordered placed & delivered quickly and with efficiency. Ordered from their 2 for $5 menu a pineapple lemonade spritzer it was waaaaày to sweet I omited the chamoy sauce, probably would have been perfect if I left it that way. The new t- shirt uniforms are cool , plain tee with only modest Dairy Queen printed around neck. I still recommend this particular location.
