  The manager Erika at this location has terrible customer service. She was super rude and rushed us when we were placing our order. mind you at that time no other cars were behind us. When we got to the window we tried to add to our order since she rudely rushed us. Then she comes to the window and starts to be rude to her worker telling her we had to go back around if we wanted to order something else with such an attitude.. there was no need for her to be rude to her worker like that she could have been way calmer about the situation. Not gng to that location ever!

  Very unprofessional service. Sold our food out from under us while waiting for the card system to take the payment. System error on their side but was blaming the customers. Left with no food and wasted almost 30 minutes of our time. Could have been made right. Very rude, don't see how I will be back to a Dairy queen, let alone that location. Reply to your reply: It won't be happening until changes are made to that location. We should not have been treated the way that we were.

  Quick service for fast food! Nice to see it still exists into today's world of others that consistently ask you to pull forward and wait for your food for at least 5-7 minutes in a drive thru. Thank you for keeping to original traditions. 😉
