  I didn't believe the other bad reviews, but, unfortunately, I think they are true, at least as far as the overcooked and extremely salty chicken in my burrito. I don't know if this is standard Chipotle recipe/prep, so maybe this is just what you might get elsewhere, but I guarantee next time I feel like Chipotle I will drive the extra 10-15 minutes to check elsewhere for something more savory, less burnt & salty. I am not mad, because I had a BOGO offer so at least the total cost was not full price, and I'm leaving this review so the store can maybe adapt. I would LOVE this location, since it's just down the street from my home, but as-is I'd rather try my luck at other Chipotle stores, or just go to Barro's Pizza nearby instead. I can't comment about service or performance or the restaurant itself because I had delivery. I will probably try again in 6-9 months to see if recipe/prep has improved, but until then, this is no-go for me.

  Spent $15 and had barley any chicken in my bowl. Will never spend my money at chipotle again.

  I placed an online pickup order (Order #H9I-KA1) on March 12th and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I entered the establishment, I was not greeted, which set the tone right away. The employee assisting me asked for my name multiple times (at least three), even though I clearly provided it each time, which was frustrating. Additionally, I customized my order and paid extra for those modifications, but it was clear that my requested changes were not followed when I received my food. Since this is a new location, I was surprised by the lack of attention to detail and customer service. I hope improvements are made moving forward.

  This was the first time at this location and what I noticed right away the music is way too loud. We couldn’t even hear each other talk. The tables were all dirty and the trash can full. While we ate, we noticed a fair amount of downtime in between small rushes—the person training the cashier was on her phone the whole time…seems time could be better spent tidying up the place…just saying’, no one wants to eat off a messy table.

  Worst Chipotle experience ever. The food was so salty it was almost impossible to eat. Whoever cut the onions needs to get retrained. The pieces were HUGE. Ever hear of a julienne cut? They didn’t even have lettuce available and it was first thing in the morning. The staff threw it in the bag like they hated their job. Finally, the queso was so horrible. Thick like concrete. I was looking forward to having a fast casual lunch spot nearby, but this place ain’t it. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
