- BBBrad3 days ago4.0I’m not the biggest fan of Chipotle. But this visit to this particular location was definitely way better than previous visits. I tried the new Chicken Al Pastor with their corn, it was very good! I really enjoyed how juicy and tasty it was compared to their normal chicken which I normally got. The corn was great as well the the pico de gallo. I was pleasantly surprised with how good this meal was.

After opening my bowl at home and realizing my guacamole wasn’t on my bowl and honestly is one of my favorite parts of the bowl. As well it is about $3 more. I go back to the chipotle no customers in line everyone on the line just staring at me when the one gentleman finally addresses me I tell him I didn’t receive my guacamole I went home and had to come back out they all just continued to stand there when finally the gentleman who was helping me told the 3 staff members for one of them to get me a side of guacamole. He did say sorry at the end(wasn’t sincere)I’m not sure if he was the manager or not however the fact they didn’t even seem to care really is frustrating I work in customer service and I would have definitely handled that differently as well as some kind of compensation for having to come back. I understand mistakes happen but the feeling of being ignored when walking in and the staff clearly not caring about their customers is very frustrating.

- MKManoj KumarFeb 22, 20261.0I got very less quantity for couple of online pickup/delivery orders. so, I tried going in person this time and I still got the same less quantity and the rice was really hard to eat because it was the left over rice at the end of the tray and they didn’t even put the fresh rice and it was hard to eat. Not worth the price and the quality.
