  I was purchasing two burritos. I asked for only a half portion of meat on one burrito, and to add the difference to the 2nd burrito (still 2 portions). The Hispanic girl said she would have to charge extra, because they're 2 separate burritos. I said that wasn't fair and asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. I asked for the half portion of chicken on the side, so she put it in a cup on the side. What was the point of this? You treated a customer like garbage, and wasted a cup. I hope it was worth it.

  I was in and at counter in line. I observed a worker with a black beard giving another woman attitude. She didn't want salad put in with glove he was wearing. He had been touching other things and she wanted him to use tongs that were provided. He did it then he proceded to put cjicken in her salad. He dropped some on counter then picked them up and put it in her salad. At that she said thats a no go. It shpuld of been disposed

  I've been in this location as it's close to where we live a lot. My last 3 visits there have been teenage boys with no shirts and no shoes on and being allowed to dine in and hangout. Tonight I went for pickup and walked into 3 teenage boys, no shirts, one with no shoes. I'm beyond annoyed that this is allowed. I can smell the skin to skin BO coming off these boys from the doorway . I say something to an employee and am met with wide eyes and dismay as if I'm crazy. I'm insulted by another male customer and still nothing by the staff. I'm made to feel like I'm wrong. The manager on duty who made himself known as I paid for my food did nothing. He said he's brought it up to higher management but has had zero support. Super sucks! Keep your filthy, zero manners teenage clientele. I'll choose to get me and my family's food elsewhere since we clearly don't matter.

  When opening my burrito bowl this afternoon, I was surprised to find myself eye-to-eye with a live green stink bug! Employees offered to make the bowl again, but I had definitely lost my appetite.

  Yesterday i.e., 01/20/2026 I ordered two bowls in Post mates around 8:30 PM. I ordered white rice in both the bowls, not sure if they’re absent minded while filling up the bowls got brown rice instead of white rice and it’s not properly cooked. I haven’t had any issues earlier, been ordering from this location several times since I have moved into Phoenix and from August 2025. I advise you to check the order properly while you’re filling it up.
