    I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this Chipotle. The service was poor from the moment I walked in—no greeting, no acknowledgment, just employees who looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. The restaurant itself was in terrible condition. Nearly every table was dirty, with food stains left untouched. There were spills on the floor, water leaking in one area, and even flies buzzing around. It didn’t feel clean or cared for at all, which is the bare minimum you expect when eating out. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I left without any confidence in the cleanliness or the service. Definitely needs serious attention and improvement.

    I used to love Chipotle. This location has some of the friendliest and nicest people (what everyone should aspire to hire) but they always seem to be out things. Whether it is food items, drinks or in last night's case - no forks stocked and no lemonade. I will go back, but I'm always trepidatious when going trying to anticipate what they will be out of. It was also pretty steadily busy last night when we were there, but in my experience that is the way Chipotle always is.

    Usually love Chipotle but yesterday was a mess. I ordered and paid online. At 3:15 my order was ready for pick up. I came in at 3:16 two other customers were waiting in the online order pickup area. No employee said anything to us. They were handing the walk in orders. The second lady in line got irritated with the lack of customer service and grabbed a bag from behind the counter and walked out. Still no employee said anything. After the customer walks out an employee finally asked if we were there to pick up orders. I gave her my order she said it was already picked up. I Told her that I understand that could have been picked up by the wrong person because a customer just grabbed a bag and walked off . The first employee I talked to was so rude and dismissive she didn't care about my issue. I cancel my order on doordash for a refund and was told I could just get my order resent back to the store and they would make my order. Little did I know that process would also become a hassle. My order was sent to the store when I walked back into the store to pick up my order or see if it could be filled any quicker a very nice employee told me that the order has not come through yet and it could take possibly an hour before the order came through. So I spent an hour here trying to just get food that I already paid for I ended up canceling again and left empty-handed. I feel like better training needs to be executed if there is a line for online pickup someone should be there to help us pick up our orders. There is no way Chipotle employees should just pack orders and leave them for anyone to grab especially prepaid orders. This was a 30 minute lunch break I spent an hour just trying to get food I went back to my job hungry and still have to wait for a food delivery so I ended up paying more. I was completely frustrated about the situation the only thing that kept me calm was the second employee behind the counter who was super patient and understanding. Whoever was packing orders should definitely be retrained. 3/22/2026 3:15pm

    I am an adult who likes to order the kids build your own taco meal. Most chipotle’s will allow you to get your three sides like rice beans, and a protein and then they allow you to get containers of the cold sides included with the price of your meal. Today I ordered my typical lunch With white rice, pinto beans, and Barbacoa. And for the side lettuce, pico, cheese, sour cream, and corn salad. I could see as soon as I started asking for the sides that I had annoyed the worker, a Hispanic woman In her 40s, who didn’t speak much English. She filled each container halfway full. When I asked her for more, She put the smallest pinch more with no difference made. It was clear this was intentional. When it was time to pay, she whispered to the cashier something and the cashier charged me around eight dollars for the meal. Normally, it’s between six dollars and 650 depending on the chipotle. I asked what I was being charged for and she said all of the Sides. So I paid and sat down. I wanted to be sure but it turns out chipotle doesn’t have a specific policy on this listed on their website.. Maybe they should. The only information I could gather was that if I order online, they give you up to five of those sides for free. The bigger issue is I think sometimes employees get an annoyed that an adult would order a kids meal. They feel that adults should order only adult meals, perhaps. I find that very strange. I ordered the kids meal for my own personal reasons, but I don’t know why that would bother someone who works there. The small sides and the charging me for said sides seemed punitive, and I could definitely read that she was annoyed with me. I did notify the manager of this who offered to give me more sides, which I definitely appreciated, but did not accept. Hopefully she will educate her staff so that this doesn’t make someone else feel uncomfortable in the future.
