  20 dollars for a poorly wrapped burrito with alot of the stuff I asked for on the side in a cup. Cheese and sour cream i had to put in myself after she remade my burrito when I asked for double wrapped. Burritos missing ingredients i already asked for when she remade my burrito. Had to rewrap the burrito bc stuff just was falling out. The burrito was dry.

  I got a small portion of chicken and it was delicious... staff was great and the restaurant was very clean. Thank you

  I mean there's a consistent constant homeless community around getting water and their smells may or may not (depending on you) interrupt your eating experience. Personally it did for me but I also expect a face punching smell mid eating when they can't get to the things we have access to on the daily or routinely so no demonization there just noting it so others know what to expect. Staff also just needs to amp up their confidence and say no bathrooms are open to public (non paying customers) or better yet, put a sign so the no isn't a surprise. I personally was asked for the cide from my receipt because the girl in the front said it's on the receipt so because eof the compromising situation I gave it to her, and indeed she was just using the bathroom and loitering but hey what if she would've been in their forever, hence the reading I say the above... to avoid putting customers in awkward situations.   Whoever worked last night was incredibly rude. I ask for Barbacoa and she uses a tongue and gives me one time you scoop of meat I said well I’ll just do double meat since it’s so little she adds another tiny scoop When we get to the toppings, I ask for cheese she gives me the tiniest amount of cheese. I said, can I get extra cheese please? She grabs the biggest handful of cheese and slams it on top of my food. I just stood there for a second wondering what to say, but instead of making the situation worse I simply said can I get a little bit of lettuce and continued with my order I also asked for tortilla on the side. She leaves it in the fryer. It burns, and she never gives me another tortilla. So not only was the service horrible when I was still being polite, but I never even got my full order. She didn’t even greet me. She walked to the end of the line and just stared at me. I had to say hello how are you? Can I get a bowl to go? She was so rude to me.

  I always give people the benefit of the doubt but twice this week I have gone and just been completely confused by the whole experience. I’m always very polite. A certain staff member hardly acknowledges me the entire order and then slides the food passively aggressively towards me and a few other customers over the counter. I’m not sure what is going on but treating people with basic human decency would be a good start for that employee.
