  everything was fresh and the food was delicious. the staff were very nice and accommodating to my son’s allergies they made sure to change their gloves and took other precautions thank you very much !

  Wont be ordering from here again. The last few times I’ve placed a mobile order here, they skimp SOOOOO MUCH. So I’ve started paying for extra chicken to make sure I get enough. This time, I order a chicken kids meal for my daughter and got NO CHICKEN. My order had about 10 pieces of chicken and the bowl that had double chicken had about the same. I will not be coming to this location and do not recommend anyone else come either. Idk how you can forget chicken in a meal that literally says chicken in it.

  My order had brown rice, hot white rice, asked for no onions, my food had onions, now I can’t eat it cuz I am allergic to onions. Asked for lettuce, and there was going to be Achebe for lettuce when if you order lettuce on your plate is free. And the girl with ears the size of elephant ears started to have an attitude, from now on I will drive a little longer but will have what I want without the extra charge. Thanks for messing up my appetite.

  I recently visited Chipotle , and I must say my experience was disappointing. The new manager, Emma, unfortunately, didn't seem very accommodating. When I brought up concerns about the small food portions, she seemed indifferent and mentioned there was nothing she could do to help. It’s a shame because I’ve had good meals here before. The food might be tasty, but when the portions don’t match the prices, it really detracts from the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration, as I’d love to see improvements in both service and portion sizes in the future.

  Emma the new manager taking over this store is in need of some serious help! She has the worst customer service! Been here almost everyday for three past years and she took over today! I asked for my salsa on the side and my beans and she tried to charge for them. If the bowl includes everything no extra charge besides the guacamole and queso why are you insisting on charging ?!!! Train every employee because that’s never been a thing! She had a smirk on her face and said it’s only $1.50 as if money isn’t already a struggle for the working people. She has had already the worst start to leading this store!
