For whatever reason they changed their drive thru/mobile pickup system which had been working great. The current setup penalizes app users with excessively long wait times. I used to consistently get through within 5 minutes, now it's 15-20 minutes every time

The drive thru isn’t big enough, so it spills into the parking lot, which blocks anyone who parked from leaving. Because it spills into the parking lot, the two “lanes” they have established for mobile thru and drive thru can’t be separated because then it would really block the parking lot. So if you mobile thru when they’re busy, which would be always, then you will be stuck in one line that piles out towards the Frys. The line busters acknowledged this when I pulled up, but they can’t really do anything about it.
