  I’m literally here in the parking lot, now. While sitting in the drive thru, I watched one of the employees prepare the drinks. For one, I didn’t appreciate how she was pulling the cups out of the dispenser and holding them by putting her fingers INSIDE of the cups instead of AROUND the outside. After what I’m about to say next, I’m almost positive her hands are dirty. For two, she had the audacity to drop a cup and put it back into the cup dispenser RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE AND HER COWORKER?!?! Her coworker said absolutely NOTHING! I had to speak up, and thank goodness I did because it was only then that she took the cup out of the dispenser and put it aside. I didn’t want her to use the cup after I drove off, so I asked for a manager. The manager, Elisia, happened to be standing nearby and said she’d make sure the cup wasn’t used. BIG PROBLEM to have someone nasty like that working with public food. DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER AND HER COWORKER FRIEND (who cared more about a personal convo they were having than food safety)!

  Placed an online order with CHICK-FIL-A delivery, NOT DOORDASH, and my estimated delivery time was suddenly pushed back an hour...and then kept getting pushed back, until i cancelled my order. I could not get through to the store on the phone, and customer service was of no help

  The food is consistently great, but they also consistently make mistakes in my orders. Every single time I’ve eaten here in 2026, my order has been missing food or they have given me the wrong food. I need to do better about checking the orders, but I shouldn’t have to do that.

  The Cobb salad at Chick-fil-a is amazing! It has a very generous amount of chicken nuggets on a large salad. I was full a bit more than halfway thru! Took the leftover home and enjoyed a second meal later that evening. The dressing that comes with it is delicious, too. The employees are all friendly, polite and helpful. There was even table service -- I was eating in, and was given a plastic marker to put on my table, and when my food was ready a gentleman brought it to me. I love their chicken, and Chick-fil-a is definitely the fast food company that provides a dine-in experience the closest to a full serve restaurant. If you've never been there I say check it out!

  Alright so here’s the thing. It’s Arizona and it gets hot. 100 deg hot. When you have drivers to pick up orders standing in the heat for over 15 mins it’s going to bother me and I’m not even picking up. The line is atrocious inside, it’s long, with only 2 people ring folks up, there is no drink station so you have to bother the people ringing up to even get a refill. So you treat inside customers like children and people picking up like plebs? The drive thru is obviously the priority. Waiting over 15 mins for my food and saw the drive thru get pumped thru. What a bad restaurant, says volumes about your leadership and owners when they treat people so damn poorly. “My pleasure”? More like It’s “my pleasure” to treat folks like garbage and act nice about it.
