  First off this is my favorite CAVA location in my city I eat here atleast twice a week for lunch. Javon is my favorite always a pleasure and the other employees as well. My only complaint is I went in last week and I stood there for about a minute before anyone even greeted me. They were laughing and playing. The employee Yvonne had a bag of salad in her hand that she was spinning around and playing with. Don’t play with food products. Secondly by the time she got to the line she had an attitude and was very irritated as if she didn’t want to be bothered. I got to the end of my order and said thank you Yvonne she said with a nasty attitude “ugh it’s (EVON) “. I immediately complained to Javon about her behavior as he was the only other employee still on the line. He apologized and i received it. I’m just writing to say the customer service that day was not great. Please practice professionalism especially when food is involved. 0/10 experience that day.

  It was my first time here , ordering process was easy and fast , Sandi helped me out a lot and described the flavors and suggested her favorite sauces and toppings. Will be back again bowl was AMAZING!!! That green sauce she recommended with garlic made the bowl 10x better.

  Edwin who was making my bowl and taking my order for me made my experience great! Helped me out in creating the bowl and, even though it was getting late, he still brought good energy and helpfulness in taking my order. Will definitely be coming back because of the great food and service.

  It's great to discover Cava as a fast food place that offers a plethora of choices without having to pay too much on extras. Being on a plant based diet I love and appreciate the lentils with rice, sweet potatoes, variety of roasted vegetables, pickled onions, hummuses, lemon tahini sauce, garlic sauce and the exquisitely spicy skoog sauce (spelling?), that is made from jalapeños and cilantro. There's a lot more, plus the meats. I snuck in a taste of the tasty lamb meatballs. I appreciated Sofia's friendly and courteous service. Looking forward to my next Cava bowl.

  Alexa and Samantha were amazing, quick, understanding and probably the best employees i’ve ever met in my entire life. If I had to pick two people to represent me in court I would pick them, definitely deserving of a raise and promotion as well
