  I went thru your DT on Wed 4/15 @ 5:21pm on my way home from work. I ordered 2 Dbl Chsbrg w Bac, Lg Fries and Lg drink. Now I leave 15min away and when I got home I noticed that I received 2 Chsbrg's instead. I called your store on 32nd St and was told I needed to drive all the way back to replace my incorrect order and that was the only way to correct your mistake. With gas prices today, it would cost me more in gas to drive all the way back to replace my incorrect order and drive back home. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service. I would like to know what you are going to do to correct your mistake and make this right.

  I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, Large Fries and large drink. I live 15mins away from the restaurant and when I got home and started to eat, I noticed that they only gave me regular cheeseburgers. I double checked my receipt and it clearly shows two double cheeseburgers. Called the location and they stated I had to drive all the way back to replace my order. I would have to spend more on gas to drive all the way back and come back home.

  Not sure what happened. I ordered a texas whopper and within about an hour I got ill. Something was off with that texas whopper but it wasn't concerning enough to stop eating. I was fine after a few hours but it's going to take some time before I brave another visit. Staff seemed great and it's a new restaurant so I blame the burger.

  Terrible, do not eat at this location (there is another one nearby, or even a jack-in-thebox right next to it); the burger did not come how presented on the menu, the Rodeo burger, onion rings, TWO burger paddys, TWO slices of cheese, and sauce of some type, maybe barbecue; it came with the three tiny onionrings, one burger paddy, and no cheese 😶 on the menu looks about the same size as a whopper but is half the size. Service, other wise, was happy to help CORRECT their MISTAKE and still charged an "extra" paddy when it should have came with two in the first place.

  So today (3/23/26) I did an order through the BK app. Got to the drive thru and told them I was here for my order. They guy gave me an order and a drink. I told him that was not mine. He insisted it was. Said again no and then he took the bag and closed the window to check. Then comes back and says he put the wrong sticker on the bag. I asked again so I am all good? Got the right order? He says yes. I drove off and thought to check the bag (should have done that while still there). It was the wrong burger. Was for the other order the guy tried to give me. Went back and he realized it was wrong. Took the burger back to throw away. Asked that I could keep it so it doesn’t go to waste but told me I had to pay for it. Then I had to wait again for my correct burger. A lady came and brought me the burger. I did ask if I could be compensated with a drink at least. She said no and showed no remorse. So to make sure I got this right…. I tried to tell the guy I had the wrong order which he insisted right. Had to drive back when I saw it was wrong. They wasted food and threw the other burger away. Got me the correct burger and got no apologies. Yeah wasted my time and energy trying to get food here. Don’t go here. Service is t great. PS fries were under cooked too.
