Walked in to the restaurant and employee was unlocking one of the doors. It's 1100am operating hours says opens at 1000am. Employee walks by no greating. Place is dead. 2 more employees walks across the dinning room see me and no greeting. Waited for several minutes and walked out. Ownership needs to train their employees to at lest greet the customer even if they are not the host/hostess. If I was greeted and informed they would get the hostess, that would have been great. Instead I was viewed as if my money was not good enough. Bright side is I get to try something new else. Worst experience ay a bw3. After seeing it am not the only one expecting this. Multiple reviews share the same story. Clearly the ownership is not involved and not interesting in building a loyal customer base. So all I can do in protest is not go back to this location.

It’s true that most people are more motivated to leave a negative review than a positive one—and I’m no exception. From the bottom of my heart, I give this place a 1-star review. We walked in and waited 5 minutes to be seated, even though the dining area was about 90% empty. After being seated, we waited another 5–10 minutes before seeing our server. We placed our order and then waited another 10–15 minutes for the food to arrive (there were only two of us, and we ordered just two items). When the food arrived, it came without utensils, so we waited another 5 minutes for our server to reappear so we could request them. Then we waited an additional 5 minutes for the utensils to be brought out. The food (two orders of 10 wings) had barely any sauce on them. At that point, we asked for the check so we could simply leave. I also made the mistake of using the restroom—a public restroom used by homeless individuals would have been cleaner than the bathroom at this location. Believe the 1-star reviews people are leaving.

Vomited violently in the restaurant restroom after eating just 2 mozzarella sticks and 3 wings. Felt great walking in, but started feeling nauseous after eating just a few of the items I ordered. I walked to the men’s room and immediately began retching violently into the waste basket. The manager must have heard me, because he came in and asked if I was alright. I said, “No. I just threw up all the food I just ate.” He just made a disgusted face and said, “Where? In the garbage can here?” I said l, “Yes.” He said nothing more and began changing the garbage bag. I walked out of the bathroom to find members of the wait staff standing outside looking at me smirking. I walked back to my girlfriend at the bar and told her what happened. She said, “Wait, didn’t that happen to you the last time we were here?” I said, “Wait, was that here?” She said, “Yes. Almost exactly a year ago when we were in town visiting.” My Mom lives in Phoenix and we visit a couple times a year from Michigan. I didn’t recall that this was the same exact Buffalo Wild Wings I got sick at a year ago. This restaurant is filthy and disgusting. The bathroom smells like a sewer and the front of the house is filthy. I hate to think what the kitchen looks like. This restaurant is a health hazard and should be shut down and investigated. I got violently ill twice in my only 2 visits there. We regularly go to various Buffalo Wild Wings, and this is the only one I’ve gotten sick at, and it happened twice. I have to imagine I’m not the only person this has happened to, and I doubt I’ll be the last. As I write this, my girlfriend is starting to feel ill. Unacceptable.

Terrible experience for delivery drivers. Every single time I come here to pick up an order, I end up waiting 15–20 minutes for no reason. Staff are usually in the back, chatting or ignoring the front, and no one even acknowledges you unless you actively call them over. What’s even worse — the order is often already ready and just sitting on the shelf, but they don’t give it to you until you get their attention. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If you value people’s time, this place needs serious improvement.

Wish I had read the reviews before we choose this place. 1st it took at least 10 minutes even be acknowledged to be seated, should have left after the 1st 5 minutes of different employees walking by and not even greeting us. Our waitress. Payton I think, was really sweet but I think she was the only waitstaff actually working as she was running around while the few other that were there didn't seem to have a whole lot to do. Ordered 15 flat wings , 10 came out and we were told they couldn't do all 15 in flat, so first where are the other t wings in any style and 2nd why wasnt wait staff told this by the kitchen so they could inform their tables? Atmosphere was fine at first, there may have been 15 tables seated the entire time we were there, and as we were finishing our meals and trying to have a conversation the tv volume became so loud we had to literally yell at the person across the table and still could barely understand what was being said.service was slow but I blame that on the support staff, bartenders, because our bar drinks were slow to come out, cooks because we got 3 of the 4 meals and waited at least 5 minuets for the 4th, and management because they should be on the floor making sure the tables are being taken care of. On the plus side the food tasted fine, as it should it's bar food, if you can't get that right you shouldn't even be open. Can't imagine this place will be open much longer. Oh and the women's bathroom was disgusting.
