  I ordered delivery. The pizza came cold, they did not call me to let me know that the beverage I ordered was out of stock. And they're boneless chicken wings? Very soft breaded chicken nuggets that aren't even crispy. (Does not look like the picture they have on the website) A salad for $7 is expensive for a small side salad portion. Oh! And the soda they decided to bring for me if I wanted something else was completely warm. As if it was stored on a back shelf. Unfortunate as I've ordered Papa John's over the years but I never will from this location.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I come to this Papa John's location every single month through my program, Wrong to Strong, to pick up pizzas for our prison graduation events. Sometimes it’s for the women’s facility, sometimes for juveniles, sometimes for the Maricopa Reentry Yard—but no matter what, they show up every time. The owner and manager are always there, hands-on. You can tell this place is run like a family, and that matters. I believe in supporting family-owned businesses because I know what it takes to build something and chase that American dream. They’ve always taken care of me. Not just good service—real generosity. They’ve gone out of their way to throw in extra for the people we serve inside. That’s not business… that’s heart. This is what true hospitality looks like. Consistent. Respectful. Good people.   Worst delivery experience! Order at 4:30pm estimated delivery was 5:20pm, finally delivery at 6:05pm, and pizza was Cold and Manager doesn't answer phone after 5mins of ringing, only just to tell me its only gonna be a few mins!! To top it off pizza was left on door step while driver walking away!

  Ordered Pizza, got the wrong one getting a supreme or whatever its called instead of a simple pepperoni. Did not blame the Grubhub driver as he probably did not want to open the box to break any seal or get it cold. Few times in there, the place is dirty covered head to toe in pizza boxes and all matter of other nonsense. Looks like a hoarders house. Staff is standoffish and rude yet changes their tunes when their friends pop by for a visit. To top it all off the wrong pizza got me sick so the filth in the store leaks to the food. Sick enough I felt I had to write this review. Given this place has 3 stars, should not surprise me.
