But they wait long enough to cancel that it leaves you no time to order elsewhere. I’ve had many bad experiences with THIS location, and this last one was my last straw. I am serious when I say, trying to order from here is NOT worth the headache.

Tonight, we ordered the two Pizza special with the $3 up charge to make both pizzas extra large when the pizzas arrived one was extra large and the other was still a regular large so essentially we paid for nothing our last order we had no sauce on the pizza and we were insured by a young lady by the name of Jasmine that we would have our pizzas replaced yet this week they have no record of it I'd be very careful ordering from this place!

I came to pick up an order that they said it was ready only to be told that’s gonna be at least 10 minutes. There’s absolutely no reason that this kind of stuff needs to be happening with this location over and over and over. These companies need to start getting fined or charged extra for wasting peoples time. I’m warning you so that you understand that as a customer, they don’t care once they got your money. Hopefully this saves someone else some frustration because I’m so done with this place.

A gift card for Papa John's. She helped me with everything and explained everything. She was very kind, full of information, and patient! I hadn't been to Papa John's in years. But that interaction with her really made my day. I got to eat some delicious food because of it. Oh I do wanna say she helped me figure out the menu and got me a good deal too! I hadn't looked at Papa John's menu in years. It's employees like her that make going out to eat worthwhile. It's about more than just the food. It's about that wonderful interaction you have when you go out to eat. This was a wonderful interaction.
