So I wanted to cancel at this point. What makes them think we I want to eat food that has been sitting for 2 hours. Oh, wait they forgot the pizza so it was actually just wings and cheesy bread that would have been delivered smh. They said they would make my order again and have it delivered but I still have to pay for it. So what makes them think it wouldn’t take another 2hours and forget something again. Also the lady who answered was rude. Just hung up on me. Then they tell me I have to cancel through door dash when I had ordered through them. So now not only will my family have to eat a late dinner but we will have to wait 3-5 days for the refund.

He was rude, confrontational and told me it was my fault the order was not correct. He kept talking over me and was very disrespectful. I tried to continue to speak calmly then he told me he had pizza coming out and hung up on me! I can guarantee that I will not use this location for any future orders! What a poor, disgraceful representation of "manager" and Papa Johns!
