  I've held off writing this review out of hopes the service would improve over time but it just hasn't. This is my local Taco Bell and I would like for it to be better. I seem to not have any problems when I go on off hours. But I've had multiple drive thru and mobile orders where there were multiple missing items. I've resorted to counting the items every time it's handed to me in the drive thru before I leave the lane, and have caught missing items. This time was the worst but for an entirely different reason. I sat in line at the drive thru box with a line behind me for a total of 20 min, waiting to have someone take my order. When I'd ask, I'd either get no response for a few min or a statement that they're short staffed and they'll take my order in a second, only for it never to happen. After 20 min and several of these runarounds, I ask if I can just drive thru because I don't want to get stuck in the lane, and if I should warn the rest of the drive thru line, and all I get is a "sure". I understand the short staff issue, but some honest communication would've saved me some time and less screaming from my hungry kids in the car. I took my money elsewhere. This happened a half hour before this review is posted in case management would like to do some customer service training.

  They forgot multiple items on my order on 4/5/26. Chips were missing for nachos and a large order of fries was missing for my nacho fries. They actually gave me the two sides of nacho cheese just not the chips or fries. We ended up using some stale chips from our pantry. Crunch wraps were also half sized compared to commercials.

  I go to this location frequently and I wish I knew the girls name who works the drive through, she a blonde, young girl. She is always so bubbly and nice. She always compliments me, and it’s so refreshing to see someone happy working fast food, I was there today around 5:15 pm and she was working but forgot to ask her name. Please give her some recognition

  The food is great but since were talking about the location itself, the employees here barely fill the taco. Like for example i pay for extra tomatoes and i only get like 5 or 6 small diced tomatoes that cost an extra like 80 cents. Its lowk bs but the food is top tier so i kinda dont mind. Another thing imma add is that i think the employees give small portions due to the rush so thats why i put food at 4 stars since you cant really blame them.

  If you ever order from DoorDash or pick up for door dash you’ll wait 30+ mins to get the door. Employees just shrug their shoulders and say your are going to have to wait or you’ll be here for a long time.
