Okay, sit back because this might be a bit of a rollercoaster, but I promise you it ends with a happy ending.All right, so I ordered a delivery to be sent to my school.Because I was currently in class. I Ordered a tuna foot long with a side of sun chips and a mountain dew drink. When it was fully delivered to me.I only received the Sandwich not The chips or the drink So when I found that out, I called them, and they said that they will find a way to have it. Refund over the app. (I ordered it over the subway app) So I left my name and my number, and we hung up 20 to 30 minutes later.I call back wondering how long is going to take to get it refunded.They were busy at that time , so I said okay , thank you for checking in with me and he was going to call me back. An hour and a few minutes pass me wondering.Maybe they were still very busy, so I decided to go to the location that I ordered it from and they were not busy.And when I went in , they knew what I was there for they remembered that that was on the phone with them , and they helped solve the entire thing. They even offered to void the entire meal. I said no, because they gave me a really good sandwich that I enjoyed and the only thing I wanted to refund on was the chips and drink I did not receive. So by understanding that they willingly refunded me for the chits and drink And they were even nice enough to give me 2 cookies for the problem that happened. So they were really, really nice, very sweet. And I would say that the best part is not the refund or the free cookies but it was the part where when I mentioned that the sandwich was delicious and I ate it all the person that made the sandwich literally said so you enjoyed the sandwich and I said yes, he literally walked away with a ginorous. Smile on his face and I was so That made me really happy because he was the one that made my sandwich. So he was glad that he made it just right. So I would say that if you go to this location and you meet these 2 men that they are really nice and to treat them really well. I went in at thu March 26 around 7:40. - Alex luckas

I think it’s nuts that a BUSINESS does not have a phone in their store.
Made a mobile order yesterday, after I picked it up, I had to take a sandwich back because one was made improperly. Couldn’t call the business because again, no phone but when I got there, the girl who made it was not very happy. She had an attitude and didn’t say anything to me. NOT even sorry here’s the right sandwich. NOTHING. I will not be back to this location.

Ordered through the mobile app around 3pm during a lunch break. There was one employee out front stocking and the store was dead otherwise. My sub was made on time but did not include the fountain drink and the toppings did not follow the portions specified in the app. I let the employee stocking know the order was missing an item and after a couple seconds they asked me if I was missing any items, totally missing what I had just told them. I let them know I was missing the drink again and they didn’t respond, after standing there awkwardly again and grabbing napkins and other items she bid me a good day and walked into the back. I waited for a minute before I grabbed a bottled soda since I had to leave and she called me out for doing so. Kind of crazy you can do all the work for them and they will still screw up the order, but you take the wrong drink and they instantly know. This location needs to get their priorities in check! If you need a quick meal, sure, but if you want what you ordered go somewhere else!
