  3 trips... 1st trip: Burgers were rock solid and cold. Called the store "got" a refund. They charged my card again for the whole order (still no refund). 2nd trip: No tomatoes please (allergy to tomatoes) Puts tomatoes on it. Called the store they offered a refund and I declined due to trip 1. Trip 3 (never wasting my money at Sonic again) Order 2 unsweetened teas... Just under 8 dollars. !!!$8 dollars!? Fine im in a rush no big deal. Im the only one in the drive thru and there is 1 car at the stalls. I drove away without the Tea after 6 minutes of sitting at the window. @QT your tea was better and way cheaper anyway.

  Just went through the drive thru and got home and my soda tasted only like carbonation no flavor, two, my ice cream just had a big chunk in it. Not what I paid for!

  I had never been to this location and I'm glad we stopped in because the food was wonderful! It was fresh and delicious! The service was fast and easy to navigate ordering! The staff we interacted with could be slightly more friendly and inviting but other than a less than chipper car hop we really enjoyed our late night bite!

  not very smart employees here. came to pick up my order and had to tell her my name 5 times until she heard me. she kept asking the name of the order when i was telling her. maybe she needs to not text while helping customers. customer service isn't what it used to be. these days they hire kids who text during work. not so good for customer service.

  This Sonic location has always been pretty positive consistently. Tonight our carhop was just a fantastic young man. If the receipt was correct it was Adrian and he was very friendly and respectful. He deserves a huge pat on the back. All of the food tasted good but his great customer service skills were the cherry on top!
