Just make sure when you go here you are ready to get your life back on track cause there is a zero tolerance for any BS. I volunteered here for Christmas Santa Clause and it was awesome to meet everyone and see everyone happy to get help. Thanks to Frys, Safeway, Albertsons and Bashas. Phoenix will be known for getting people back on track thanks Cass
- CCCindy4 days ago4.0Safeway is a good store, but they are a little higher. I always have to check their prices. It seems that I have to go to customer service to straighten out the charges. Seems like they always charge too much and I have to get a refund. They sometimes forget that something is on sale. Always check the prices on your receipt!!

I was unable to stand for a long period of time to self check out or wait in line I spoke to the manager at the customer service desk and he was willing to let me sit to the side.....while he scanned my phone for the discounts and packaged all my groceries. Once completed he had another sales associate assist me with my shopping cart to load my vehicle and make sure I felt well enough to drive. The manager and all employees that assisted me displayed professionalism and were very courteous and polite. Their customer service was exceptional and I am very appreciative. Sometimes an ordinary day of shopping becomes a blessing..because of the kindness shown Thanks again to the front desk management team at Safeway 83rd Avenue and Cactus. .Your kindness will be remembered.
