Even with giving this location a 1 star I still come here because it's the closest and the only time I get any kind of reassurance is in the morning time. If you come between 2-8 you can forget it. Lack of listening ,'lack of paying attention, lack of empathy. Today was my last time ever visiting this location. I got the wrong soda, a piece a hair in my food and moldy bread. The recipe for food poisoning within itself. I hope your cooperate takes a look at these reviews and does some serious training.
Horrible experience. Waited 17 minutes for food from the drive-thru. I only got the food when I walked in and asked the staff inside for my order. They were utterly disorganized taking the wrong food to the wrong cars. They also had to make multiple trips to the same cars because they forgot part of the order. When I asked the manager for some adjustment to my bill, he said I could either get my food or my money back. Period. No apology. Come on. 17 minutes is NOT fast food. I live in the neighborhood but will avoid this store in the future.

The GM here is absolutely horrible. I called corporate last week to see if McDonalds is selling the toys Individually as they ALWAYS have and they told me 99% of locations are weather corporate or franchise. The woman who I spoke with at this location said she was the GM, who was incredibly rude might I add, and she said NO that you have to buy the Happy meal. I’m sorry but corporate said this is NOT accurate and you can buy the toys only. My kids don’t eat this food due to dietary restrictions so they are going to be penalized and not be allowed to get their favorite characters? This location is the ONLY location within a 30 mile radius NOT selling the toys alone all of a sudden. I bought the toys last week without an issue so what changed? With a 1.8 rating in a Vistancia, they may want to reconsider how they treat this neighborhood bc we will vote restaurants out of here. We have before and we don’t need this in our area. Maybe she should reconsider being nice, because KINDNESS is FREE. Thank you for breaking the heart of a special needs child who CANNOT eat this food.🤷🏻♀️

The GM at this location is absolutely horrible. I called corporate and she said 99% of the locations were selling the toys individually and this location should not be any different and last week I bought the toys for Mario galaxy for my autistic child, but this week she is refusing and says you have to buy the happy meal? My kids don’t eat this food. Why is she the ONLY location within a 20 mile radius not selling the toys alone? McDonald’s has ALWAYS sold their toys individually for years! She was incredibly rude about this as well. I don’t eat this garbage food but being in a very high profile neighborhood, they may want to reconsider since they only have a 1.8 rating🤷🏻♀️ also kindness is FREE!

If I could give zero stars… I would. If you want McDonalds, spare yourself the frustration and just go to the 4 corners location. It will take less time to drive all the way there and back in the time it will take to get your order at this location.
First, the app “cancelled” my order when I got there and submitted my pick up space # prompting me to go inside. Then, I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while a line formed behind me; employees walking past us numerous times. I had to walk behind the counter and shout into the kitchen to get anyone’s attention. One employee came up to me and said he would have to get a manager to help me and then walked to the back and didn’t acknowledge anyone in the line behind me. After a few more minutes of not being addressed, I had to step back behind the counter again to ask if anyone was going to come and address the line forming, if a manager was coming to help me and if the poor woman behind me should just come back and get her own drink refill (absolutely absurd that customers cannot get their own refills in these new concept restaurants). A manager finally came and “found” my cancelled order. More and more people had to keep coming in from the curbside lanes to address the lack acknowledgment after checking in. Overall it took my order 37 minutes from the time I arrived and attempted to check in until I received my 2 kids meals. We will not be returning to this location, if any McDonalds at this point. We stopped going to the Pat Tillman location for the exact same reasons. We will either make the drive to the 4 corners location or take our business to In & Out. I’d rather put my money into a company that actually cares about its customers.
