  Very clean. Play structure for kids is very clean restrooms very clean store is set to be more cozy and intemate and relaxing. im impressed

  When somebody is extremely hungry, pretty much anything tastes good. It is now 7:13 pm and I just got off work. My drive home is approximately 40 minutes. So decide to stop by the McDonald’s on 75th ave and Bell rd. I implore anyone who reads this, DO NOT PUT YOUR TASTE BUDS THROUGH THIS TORTURE. I am 61 years old, I have worked at 3 McDonald’s locations and I have eaten McDonald’s with delight most of the time. Unfortunately McDonald’s apparently has lost any semblance of taste or quality in their food. This particular McDonald’s has also lost the knowledge of customer service. I ordered a quarter pounder, fries, coke and an apple pie. What I received was yesterday’s garbage. This quarter pounder was literally twice the size of the bun and thin as a pancake. It was so dry, you’d think they were making jerky out of the patty. I actually was giving them the benefit of doubt. But I got this smart Alec kid who wanted to be a big shot. The rudeness that was spewing from his mouth, well, I guess is completely normal for this generation of young people. When I realized this kid was just on a power trip I asked to see the manager. To my surprise Colin said that he WAS the manager. That has to be the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. I pressed him on his comment and he admitted that he is acting manager while the actual manager was on break. So no he’s not the manager. This is actually quite important. When the manager came back from break, we started discussing the situation, Colin was openly rude, this girl thinks she’s slick, but I called her out on it. According to her, Colin IS a manager at this McDonald’s. He already admitted that he wasn’t an actual manager and now this girl completely lies about his employee status. I could go on about this interaction, but what’s the point? I am pretty sure anyone reading this understands the point I’m trying to make. This McDonald’s will take your money, give you lousy food, and lie to you if you make any complaint. I hope that someone, anyone from franchise owner to corporate big Whig will take a look into this.

  Every time I come to this McDonalds I always have an issue. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this location is absolutely terrible. You’re better off going somewhere else. They mess up the order altogether or you may not receive it at all if you’re dining inside. The staff has an absolute lack of customer service and when being brought to their attention that I’d been waiting over an hour for my food all I got was ‘oh our system went down’ I understand it being busy or systems going down because things happen. But it’s still no excuse and ridiculous to me, no reason for it. And no apology or nothing from them.

  went to get ice coffee here march 9, 2026 around 3:40pm worker not professional kid/dude with curly hair im a paying customer dont need your comments just my order. Im not interested im happily married. dont have time for odd behavior and weirdos at drive thrus. Learn manners and boundarie and getting orders right. THATS RIGHT.
