  easy pick up, ordered through the mobile app, used my rewards and the order was ready in 5 mins like the app estimated. friendly employees, much appreciated.

  Horrible horrible horrible I had to wait 56 minutes or recieve a happy meal, workers are more interested in each other then their next pay check. Get them fired immediately 😡😡Never go here it is terrible and the food was cold. Ice cream melts before you even receive it.

  Every time we come here its either Drive thru or mobile order and any of those times we have to always wait 10+ minutes but this time we waited as long and we ordered 2 large fries and they only served us a medium size in a large container VERY disappointed since we had to wait.... do better McDonald's! P.s. the McDonald's on olive and 59th is 100 TIMES WAY BETTER! save your money and time go to that location instead of this one!

  This is the third time this location is out of even basic items. No quarter pounder and drinks. Who orders for this location needs to evaluate amounts.

  This store has the absolute worst customer service. Even if you ordered over the app, plan to spend 10 to 30 minutes getting your order. If you have to go to this store, go through the drive-thru or expect a very lo g wait.
