  This McDonalds has to be the worse all of AZ..I've been here several times(only because it's close to home) and eveytime I've been their service has sucked tremendously..I've waited multiple times in a line of people that are waiting for their food after coming through the drive thru(were told after paying and getting just our drinks at times to wait around the corner for someone to bring your food out to you) this had happened to me almost everytime I've been..not to mention when taking our order they ask what sauces we want included with nuggets or such and by the time we get to the window to get our food they say they don't have such requested suace..happens almost everytime..service is just no good..one time I had to walk inside after waiting outside in my car after going through the drive thru and when I went inside everyone of the employees was just laughing and talking..I got upset and told the manager on duty that he had a whole line of people outside waiting for food and they're just inside laughing and conclversating like nothing..Horrible,horrible,horrible service and i don't recommend stopping here.

  I ordered a simple burger and they couldn't even get that right. Lettuce was black tomatoes were brown. Bread was stale, the meat was burnt. And they want more pay🤣

  Terrible service, all the staff tonight had bad attitudes! My daughter was so excited to get a 'Huntrix Meal' and even brought her own money to buy it. The staff ignored us at the counter and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us or say anything about the wait. We eventually got frustrated left after being ignored for at least 10 minutes. This used to be a top notch McDonald's but not sure what happened.

  Do i need to explain 🤔. The wait after the drive thru window was 30 min. We ordered 2 happy meals and 2 med fries..... there were 3 tables that had people inside. The food runners were out to cars 4 times with wrong orders. It was like a full moon bad luck night, but in a crescent moon setting. im over it. The wait, cold food. .. just done

  I came here to get dinner before my shift. I ordered my food and used the app for a free caramel frappe. There was a line that dissipated pretty quickly and thought all was going well. I pay at the first window and then received my food but didn’t get the frappe and was told by the manager she had to change the base and if I could pull forward. I waited about ten minutes and it still did not arrive. So I inside I went to ask for it and after a couple of minutes a crew member noticed me and I explained the manager was to bring it out. She promptly grabbed my frappe and gave it to me all the while I am watching the manager who was expediting food not acknowledge me or even apologizing for wasting about 15 minutes. I had to use PTO because I was late. I will never go back to this location and I am not pulling forward anymore either without all the items I purchased. Your wait times need to reflect the actual time waited so corporate/franchise owners can realize they need to hire people and quit being greedy!
