Recently had an issue with an order and have to praise the staff’s great customer service to go above and beyond to rectify. Have tried many Vietnamese restaurants, not just in the area or state, but across the country and this is a top favorite by far!

Well we got our food and of course we’re missing items and I called and asked them to please deliver it they said they did not have enough staff but would make the replacement and offered me a credit for the next time I ordered due to the inconvenience. I called tonight to use the credit and place an order and they said they remembered but I have to call when a manager was there and she didn’t think I would get a credit since they fixed the problem. Horrible customer service and I will not ever get food from there again. Stand by your word especially when YOU mess up!
