  I give it a two only bc the sides were great and so was dessert. But my steak was aweful. I never ask for a redo on a steak bc I fear secret retaliation by staff at any restaurant. I asked for med rare and I gpt cold rare. Seasoning was bland and the sear was a whisp or dream of contact. Worst steak Ive had in the valley in 7 yrs here.

  Danny was the best server we’ve ever had—especially for such a special occasion like our anniversary dinner! He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always one step ahead, taking care of everything before we even had to ask. Every recommendation he made was spot on, and we truly enjoyed everything. He made our night feel so special, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an amazing experience!

  We had the chance to attend a wine dinner that Scotty put together, and it was honestly such a standout experience. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and the food was excellent, but what really impressed us were the pairings—they were spot on and elevated each dish in a way that felt intentional, not forced. You can tell a lot of care went into planning the entire evening. The servers and Scotty were attentive the whole time, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. It felt like a one-of-a-kind experience, not just another dinner. Would absolutely go again to one of Scotty’s wine dinners.

  Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while! Our server was on top of everything—super friendly and quick without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell the managers really support their team too because they were checking in and making sure everything was perfect. Just great vibes all around. Can’t wait to come back!

  1st time eating at Fleming’s, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED! We were very excited to eat here. Kids are supposed to eat first and our son’s food took 2 hours. We ended up taking it home. Our server Steve was amazing and apologetic but one of the managers came to check on us, we told him the situation and instead of apologizing he stated “I understand the situation” no apology was ever given. We will not be returning or recommending Fleming’s. Our steak was also supposed to be medium well and it was medium rare. For an upscale restaurant they do not know how to make a steak the right temp. They also brought our son a steak instead of sliders.
