- EHEm H4 days ago3.0Ordered online, showed up to the subway in a timely matter to pick up. I've ordered multiple times at this location and never had a problem before today, when we arrived order wasn't ready which is okay, but after a few minutes of waiting a worker approached us and said someone called to cancel our order. Neither me nor my friend called to cancel said order and no one else could have done that, they knew the name it was under and the kind of sandwiches off the top of their head but 89% sure they made the sandwiches then took them for themselves. Did offer to remake the order after a little an arguing, but didn't seem too happy. Don't care that much just lowkey confused because there's no way anyone could have called and canceled. Only took 10 minutes to get there from when we ordered and order said it would 20 minutes.
- JCJeanette CambaDec 9, 20252.0The ladies in there were friendly and polite. The problem I had was the bread was hard, crusty, and stale taste to it. I ordered three six inch sandwiches and the bread was the same for all of them. It wasn't a very good sandwich at all.
