  Incredible experience today! Rose is a absolute rockstar 🌟 she handled a heavy lunch rush with ease and had my order ready in record time! Literally felt like 5 minutes from when I submitted my order on the app! She even called to clarify a detail to make sure everything was perfect. The subs were delicious and fresh, absolutely perfect! It’s rare to get that kind of speed without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. Thank you Rose! We appreciate you and I hope Subway does too because it is employees like you that make us customers come back! :)

  I just went in to grab a sub while I wait for my daughter at CSL and I must say Taylor, the cashier was such a delight and gave an amazing and outstanding customer service experience. I wish others were so helpful and so nice as she was she greeted me as soon as I walked in her communication was amazing. Also, we found a common interest with pickles lol but if her manager sees this at all, I literally recommend her getting a raise if not that employee of the month just something special for her because I have never went into an establishment and had such a great customer service as I had today with her and I’ve worked in customer service for 30 years and she did outstanding literally 10 out of 10 Taylor was Very respectful very kind and very helpful. The only negative thing I will say is there was another young lady there with blue or Aqua or teal hair I paid for my food and was waiting there for maybe like five minutes for her to maybe even hand it to me and I asked her can I grab it or what am I supposed to do because it was on the other side of the counter closer to them so I couldn’t reach it that good and she just looked at me as if I was dumb or something. I don’t know, but that’s the only negative thing I have to see other than that like, everything was great just that experience. I was just like standing there feeling stupid and looking stupid waiting for my food to be handed to me.

  Bro made the title of "Sandwich Artist" mean something. Even though he had side work to do he dropped everything and gave service with a smile. Dude took his time making it, made me feel special haha

  Cassandra did amazing making my sandwich and she was very friendly and inquisitive. She even helped me choose a sandwich which closely resembled the one i build every time.
