Just purchased a 4.34 lb tri tip at $7.99/lb. Total cost was $34.68. When I turned the tri tip over when unpacking found an inch thick layer of fat on the bottom. So upset I cut it off and weighed it on my wife’s scale. It came to 1.48 lb of fat. 1.48lb x $7.99 = $11.82 of fat. Don’t get screwed buying meat from butchers at the Safeway at Vistancia and El Mirage. Go where the customer is valued. Done buying meat from those meat heads. Jay
