We've just concluded a whole week of it for Valentine's day. Thankfully it's not hot out, Mother's Day is a nightmare because the motors never stop due to the heat. At least this week the truck cycled off once in a while. The vibrations trigger my tinnitus making my ears ring much louder than normal causing severe health issues. I've tried notifying Safeway, they don't care. I've tried reporting them to the city for code compliance as they are breaking noise ordinance Section 13-92(a)(3) and Section 13-92(j) but the city does nothing. The refrigeration truck is parked 20 feet from homes. It is ridiculous and this store and its managers could care less. After all, they don't live behind their store. They get to leave it behind at the end of the day. Another soulless corporation alienating the community they are supposed to serve. I appreciate the response, and I will reach out via the website. However I've sent messages via your website twice. I got zero response and I really don't expect anything different this time. But I will try.
