I will never recommend getting a custom cake through the bakery here. I showed up Saturday morning (after the halloween craziness) as they opened to place an order for Monday. I specifically told them that my son saw the bright orange halloween cake that they had on display the Friday before and loved the color. So I made the request for that same bright orange and then have the decoration around the cake to be primary colors. I also gave them a copy of the umizoomi theme we are doing along with what we wanted to have the cake look like. Small orange cake with colored dots at the top and base. Tell me why when I went to go get the cake it was all pastel colors!! It looked like an Easter cake. The ladies working were extremely rude. I was told that the icing they used doesnt come bright. I literally pointed to the cakes in the display case as to why those colors are bright. She proceeds to tell me that its a different icing. Well use that then because thats what I wanted. I had to flat out ask what do they think primary colors are and they couldn't answer me! This whole time Ive been clear on the colors my son wanted his birthday cake! Everyone here needs to go back to school and learn their colors. My son is turning 4 and know the primary colors are blue, yellow, and red. I was so upset with the service because isn't it their job to make what I wanted to order? There needs to be some serious training in customer service or even on how to correctly approach their mistake. I then step over to watch her decorate and she still wasn't using primary colors. I had to tell her before she completed the whole thing and she was even more mad when I told her again, "I'm sorry but I wanted primary colors, red, blue, and yellow for the dots." She looked so mad as she scraped the mistake she made off the cake. I never even got an apology. I had to wait 30 minutes in store for them to redo the cake, which I didn't mind waiting as long as it gets fixed. But the cake was put together with anger and it definitely looked like it. Hands down the worst bakery experience ever. I never imagined it being so complicated. I wish I could attach the photos

Worst layout if a store I have ever seen. The cheese is no where to be found. The pb&j is literally after the fridges and by the liquors it makes no sense.
