The store allows non-service animals in the store. Spoke to the manager, and they refused to address a customer who had an animal in their shopping cart. Unsanitary and against the law. Disgusting.

We used to shop here regularly, but have seen decline in store cleanliness (bathrooms are often gross) and while the young people they hire are nice, they look miserable. You know how you can tell right away it is a toxic workplace? That is the "vibe" at this location. But, as long as the food quality remains high, we continued to shop here. So, I do like the option of just picking up the order so I don't have to wander around trying to find things. And, until recently, this was a nice workaround for us to the sad dirty store experience inside. Lately, while the staff that brings out the orders is courteous and efficient, whoever is selecting the items seems to be either intentionally damaging the food or intentionally disposing of bad food to customers who don't get to choose the better product sitting right next to the spoiled produce or dented cans they opt to place in the pickup orders. The odds of having THIS many badly dented cans or expired food or browning lettuce "accidentally" end up in my orders is beyond statistical chance. I have to believe this is a direction from management to reduce spoilage by selling it to pick-up and delivery order customers, because the kids that work here seem too nice to do this on their own. People can die from eating food from dented cans and they should be thrown out, not disposed of in a customer's order who trusts you to select their groceries from the store shelves. So, if you shop here, you must go inside the dirty store and be sure to check dates on anything that is perishable as there are nearly ALWAYS expired (or one day to expiration) products mixed in with the fresh products on the shelves.

My friend and I shop at this store every week. We normally don't have any issues, but today we did. I asked an employee if he happened to know where tartar sauce was and he said he didn't know. That was it. Didn't bother to find out from anyone else. Unfortunately this has happened before when I've asked where something was, they just tell me they don't know, and they never try to find out from anyone else. Then my friend asked the meat counter employees if they knew where the tartar sauce was. They just looked at her and then went back to talking to each other. One of them had dark kind of curly hair and black framed glasses, the other one was a slender guy. They looked at her, but refused to answer her. That's not very good customer service to just ignore what a customer asks or tell them they don't know where something is and try to find it yourself basically.

Deli department is great. I'm a big fan of the mango habanero chicken, kiddo loves the chicken tenders. The bakery department's cinnamon rolls have been a disappointment the last couple times I've got them, dry/ boarder line over baked with a small smear of icing. If they're not on sale, I'll buy WinCo cinnamon rolls. Egg and butter prices are pretty high here compared to other grocery stores near by.
